Montrose Netball Club All Abilities Netball Program

Montrose Netball Club are offering an All Abilities netball program in 2018. All Abilities netball provides the chance for people with a physical or intellectual disability to participate directly or indirectly in local clubs and associations. These programs are run by accredited coaches with working with children checks.

A ‘Come and Try Netball Day’ was successfully held on Friday 25th May 2018 from 4:00 to 5:00 pm. Feedback, photos, flyers and information can be located on our website under the ‘All Abilities Program’ menu tab.

Fortnightly Netball Skills Clinics will be running from Friday 24th August 2018 from 4:00 to 5:00 pm.
The focus will be basic skill development in a fun and friendly atmosphere. No previous netball experience is required.

Clinic Dates: Fridays: 24/8, 7/9, 21/9, 12/10, 26/10, 9/11, 23/11 & 7/12
Time: 4:00 to 5:00 pm (refreshments from 4:45 pm)
Location: Montrose Recreation Reserve, 950 Mount Dandenong Tourist Rd, Montrose (netball courts: next to the football oval)
Age: Open to all age groups both male and female
Cost: Free
What to Bring: Please wear comfortable clothing and runners

Checklist if interested in participating:
* Email or phone the club with your name and contact number
* Online registration required as our program is registered through Netball Victoria (this can be completed at home or at your first skills clinic, support provided)
* Come and try session welcomed

Free light refreshments will be available to all participants and parents / carers
